ABOUT
Mindy Parish
I’ve spent most of my career in operations, with additional experience inside the technology side of the industry — giving me a practical view of both the work itself and the tools meant to support it.
I’ve three decades in manufactured housing, with the majority of that time inside operations—at the community level, in regional leadership, and in corporate roles where strategy still had to translate into execution.
I haven’t studied operational challenges from the sidelines. I’ve been the person responsible for solving them, implementing systems, coaching teams, reviewing the numbers, navigating transitions, fixing what broke, and making sure the work actually got done.
My career has taken me from community operations to multi-site regional leadership and corporate operations, as well as into the technology side of the industry, acquisitions, portfolio growth, and consulting. That range of experience has given me a front-row seat to what drives performance—and what gets in the way.
I understand the gap between a good idea and what happens on Monday morning at the community level.
That perspective shapes how I work today: practical, hands-on, and grounded in the realities of the people doing the work.
